Parents right to know what is being taught in schools is protected by the constitution

Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, protects the fundamental right of parents to direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children. We want to put an end to this and the not-so-subtle removal of parents as the primary source of guidance in our children's lives within CVUSD.

Is the cover up intentional by district leaders?

In our opinion, we have discovered that the misleading information is not an accident, it is intentional as you will see. The cover up and deceit in the Conejo Valley School District leadership is very, very deep and has gone on many, many years. They could not expect to bully and dismiss this many children and families for years and be allowed to continue to maintain these positions. The bullying and mockery of parents has escalated since Mark McLaughlin became the superintendent in 2017. (Much more to come on this) We believe McLaughlin. as well as the current board, have been the catalyst running the district into the ground. The district office, under direction by Mark McLaughlin, has used all school websites to spread misinformation, slander parents, and create "information sheets" that are full of inaccurate, partial and misleading legal information full of fallacies.

I don't have kids in the district, why should I care?

What happens in public schools will affect every single one of us AND our children. They are our future leaders, doctors, law makers we need a quality education to have a thriving community and future. Declining public schools will destroy a community in every way, from pupil safety on campuses to driving down home values.
